
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ricotta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
- Olive Oil + Black Pepper Real Thin Mary’s Organic Crackers
PREPARATION
Using a food processor or a whisk by hand, mix the ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper together.
Spoon the whipped mixture into a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil on top then garnish with fresh chives.
Serve on a platter with Olive Oil + Black Pepper Real Thin Mary’s Gone Crackers.
