
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup peanut butter, melted with ½ tbsp butter
- 20 ounces dark chocolate, melted with 4 tbsp butter
- 1 box Mary’s Organic Crackers Original
- ¼ cup toffee bits
- 1 tbsp flakey sea salt
PREPARATION
On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay crackers, including broken pieces, on the bottom.
Pour melted chocolate on top then smooth it out with a spatula. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the chocolate.
Sprinkle toffee bits and flakey sea salt on top then place it in the fridge for an hour or until firm. Carefully cut the bark, or break it, into pieces.
