
INGREDIENTS
- 8oz vegan cream cheese
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup hummus (link to Mary’s recipe)
- 1 Tomato, medium dice
- ½ cup cucumber, medium dice
- ½ cup calamata olives, pitted & chopped
- ½ cup dairy free feta cheese
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
PREPARATION
Soften cream cheese to room temperature and mix lemon juice, oregano & garlic into it; salt & pepper to taste.
Spread this mixture onto a serving dish. Spread the hummus on top of the cheese mixture, leaving a small edge of the cheese visible.
Sprinkle the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta and green onions. Season with salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with REAL Thin Garlic Rosemary Crackers.
